SALON POLICIES

We value and respect your time. We run on tight margins and schedule appointments accordingly, so we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible so that we can do our best to accommodate you.

Pricing

Our pricing is base on the service that you would like to get. If you require a particular price range or level of experience, please inform us at the time of the booking (adding nail art on your no-chip manicure, or upgrading to deluxe pedicure). Please note that the prices do not include gratuities.

Group reservation

For group reservations of 5 or more people, we ask that you call us at 773-236-1629 to confirm your appointment. This helps us to ensure that we have enough staff and resources available to accommodate your group.

Health & Safety

If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know when you book your appointment or at the time of your visit. This will help us to provide you with the best possible service and ensure your comfort.

Refunds & Guarantees

If you need to make any adjustments to your service, please call us within 7 days of your original appointment. Adjustments made at home or at another salon will void our redo and refund policy. Calls made after 7 days will be handled on a case by case basis, and may not qualify for an adjustment. In such cases, you will be charged for a new service.

Refunds for services will not be given, except at the discretion of salon management. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies. Thank you for choosing us for your beauty needs!
